To Add to this. This was the only sale of this hat in the last 2 years. Out of the other two Time Warp Modest Piles, one was last traded in 2014 and the other was last traded in 2018.

does not add to this, you haven't addressed the lack of minis that two people (now 3) have pointed out. based on your own valuations of the items involved, 250 comes from nowhere

Considering it's a first attempt it's not bad. You could argue the Rocket launcher mini is a little low given the Chullo Sale. Depends if mods need a resuggest over a 10 Key difference on a hat like this. Buyout was 250 as well which supports.
