Taking 22 is too low for the 2 hats combined at this point since buyers are up to 24 combined, but the HKC was changed to 40.5 Keys, so that'll balance.

124 either went to a buy order or was sold barely above buy orders at the time, so I'd exclude it. 140 - 168 will work here.
Striker has asked me to comment here regarding your assumption that I "Would have taken 22 keys in place of those two hats". That isn't strictly true. I was reluctant to take the offer Striker had made me in the first place, I felt it was somewhat on the low side, but decided to go with it was a nice downgrade, and I reckoned I could squeeze out a little bit of profit given what I had gotten the ushanka I bought the el jefe for. Once I had gotten the crones, I decided to coinflip it and that didn't end too well, which is why the history for it is a bit iffy. To prevent myself gambling any more, I quicksold all my remaining hats into pure- which is why Striker ended up with those two hats again for 22 a little bit later. I done that purely to prevent myself losing them, and therefore it isn't necessarily proof that I would have taken 22 in replacement for them in the initial trade. Thanks ^^
