So you saying the unusual was listed for higher than it's price? No. it was listed for 34, for 9 months, which it's price.

Taking in account that nobody spent 34 keys for this hat, makes 33 unrealistic, because it's only 1 key cheaper.

Including 24 key, as a low indicator, because it marks a margin where this hat can be sold (24-33) that's why the 24 key sale is valid, and should be included in my opinion. And that 24 key sale being sold in 30 mins show that's the low end of the price margin.

24 is a quicksell, 33 flat will be fine

If 34 hasn't sold in 9 months a drop is due, 33 flat is a better than nothing start. However you can not include 24, cause it quicksold. The only case where you could perhaps pull it off is if there is only 1 sale, at 24 and an 9 month unsold at 34, that would suggest that 24 would most likely be better than current value and sale would get reported as is, however if there is any alternative, for instance here 33, then that alternative is always best to be used. Like the 2 here suggested, 33 flat will be fine.
