You are right, fixing a price would be better, but not like this. There are ways to do it and it has nothing to do with whether it's a good effect or not. I didn't get it on my first try either, don't worry about it.

Every one follows bp prices, they have to be empirical. There is no guessing.

As has been mentioned, a) you cannot have a range from one sale, and b) the sale you used is a bulk sale (the item you're pricing is <50% of the trade's value) and thus is invalid. I suggest you take a look at our unusual suggestion guides for future suggestions you make.
