With this effect it looks like teleporter is working and ready to teleport someone. Also there are few of these hats with this effect so i suppose its fair since its very rare.

Edit: At the moment only 2 of these hats with such effect exist.

There's just so much to unpack here, the way you tried to force theme the hat is almost as crazy as the range you tried to give it.

You need proof of how much it's sold for before you can price it.

Hat's price also depends on how does it look. Nobody will buy hat with bad effect for expensive price.
