first sale is outdated if we look at the past 2 months rule, second is qs

sales up to 3 months can be used in the case where there are only a small number of sales. the 80 key sale occurred around 2.5 months ago therefore is still okay to use here. since it's very close to the suggested price though i'm fine with accepting this.
