In this suggestion 'unbxrn' wants to change only high end, the difference is 0.22 ref
15.44 ref = 139 scrap;
15.66 ref = 141 scrap;
1.41 scrap = 1% from 15.66 ref
15.44 ref ~ 98.6% from 15.66 ref
So, the difference is 1.4%
Rules: Suggestions changing the mean value by less than 5% are left to the moderator's discretion whether they should be accepted or not.
So, we should wait for the moderator's discretion...
That rule was created back when the site had many more price suggesters than it does now. It was intended to cut down on the sheer volume of price suggestions. Personally, due to the reduced number of suggestions recently, I tend to accept small price changes if the previous price is exceptionally old; both to boost user confidence in the listed price and to reduce the amount of wasted effort by what remaining price suggesters we still have.
That wasn't really the intent of that rule imo, but that's not the point here. We'll deal with any potential "unnecessary" changes on a case-by-case basis. In this situation, there's only been sales on bot.tf at 15.33 and 15.44 in the past month. It's clear that 15.55/15.66 aren't happening at all and are not common trading points. Accepting
