Strange FN Thunderbolt + 60 keys for Spellbound Tippler's Tricorne

the sniper is outdated with the most recent sale being on February 19th 2019, where it sold for 300$ on marketplace (~160 keys)

But regardless, with the 60 keys it would cap at Audery's B/O of 200 anyway.

as per Blaze's request:

"the sale on the thunderbolt on scm will roughly equal to 130~ keys given the key price on scm on that day thus making that sale 190~ keys"
