Rounding all of these into 9-10 keys.

Since the previous suggestion is still in-date, I think the range should start 8.5

I've been said that, and I was going to suggest that, but I noticed the very recent 11,5 key sale so I wanted to increase the lower range. I think 9-10 is a better range for this one.

The marketplace sale was $22.22 on a date where avg. key prices were $1.88 (22.22/1.88=11.81) which rounds up to 12 as any value over 10 should be a whole number.

Think we can exclude that sale as it’s above the rest of the average price of sales.

This hat is currently indate (priced <3 months ago), meaning it doesn't need an update unless the market has shifted massively. I don't think this is the case, as you would be barely changing the current price. As mentioned by Mockingbird, if an update was needed it should be 8.5 - 10 to include the 8.5 sales in the last suggestion.

agreed, if you wanted to update the range with the new sale then 8.5 should have been included in the range as well since there is no reason why that should be excluded.
