    I think removing the ends to tighten the range would be best here, 10 is now under buyers, and 16 is probably high as all successful b/os have been at 14 and under. I would go 11 - 14

      That seems about right actually. 16 seems high due to all the buyouts seem to be lower, while buyers have raised their prices since the suggestion was originally made. Oh, how the market changes.
