Alright, so I think this cosmetic needed an update since not even one is sold nor bought for 1.44 refined in the past month.
I'm just anxious about this because the price difference in average sales of this hat can go up to 3 scrap instead of the usual one scrap higher. That, and because I'm still pretty new to doing these suggestions.
I suggest the high-end value to be 1.88 refined because they are still sold for that much recently, and that's the usual price for sales in the past 7 days and even a month.
Please tell me if I suggested the high-end value too high, if I should wait for sales next week, or something else I should've acknowledged like not writing down a wall of text, thanks! ^w^
