just curious since all the other sales are so much higher couldn't the 24 key be a low outlier?
No it can't be a low outlier, since bots buying up to 10 keys, also, 43 is an outlier because the seller as mentioned. 24-35 gives a range where the unusuals price would be, since u can't determine which sale is more usable for the price (24 or 35)

The bots buying for ~10 keys are purchasing ANY effect for that price and should not be taken into account.
I'm not completely aware of all the rules for price suggestions but considering this has been open for 20 days and has 68 votes, shouldn't it be settled/closed?

Interestingly enough, 35 is looking like an outlier now instead of 24. With all the sales at lower, this should be 22-24 instead.
