You might have a pretty easy suggestion on the elf with this sale, worth looking into.

Using Toad's buy sale (quickbuyer) is a bit weird but there is no proof it quicksold, and I doubt he had a buy order at price. He probably bought it from his generic buy order from the "I will pay more for better effects" line. Again, no proof it quicksold so should be fine to use.
