All of this indicates that 50 flat is too high, despite it being the most recent sale. All the sales before Johan are outdated now too, however assuming you could get proof of sales from those involved I think 37 - 45 could work assuming that the mods are ok using the now outdated sales. Otherwise this might be best left outdated.

there seems to have been several lower sales as indicated by Xergoyf above indicating that 50 flat may not be the best representation of this items price. probably best to leave this outdated for now since these sales are untraceable
