The drill hat was in scrap for 2 weeks, so it didn't quicksell. Assuming the sale is traceable it should be usable.

My worry is that there is a decent amount going on in the compare, so it might not be exactly 9 keys. So I did some detective work regarding scrap.tf's pricing algorithm:

They are selling 2 13 key nuts hats for 9 keys 8.44 ref (Tyrolean, Wet Works)

They are selling a 12 key nuts hat for 8 keys 51.22 (hound dog)

They are selling 11 key nuts hats for 8 keys 30.66 ref (Guad) and 2 more for 8 keys 10.22 ref (brain interface and climbing) seems like they value case hats lower

Nuts pyro's beanie has a low end of 10.25 and is sold for 8 keys 20.44 ref

Anyways basically what I am trying to get at is that the drill hat would most likely of been sold for 8 keys 30.66 ref like the guad, with the leftover ref being spent on something else that same day

8.5+12/2 = 10.25, meaning that since the mean is above 10, 8.5 should be rounded to 9.

Honestly 12 looks high but with two sales at that point it should be included, making this sugg fine as-is.
