Sales are at 27, 34, 35, and 36. Buyer at 31+. Excluding 27. Seller at 33 and 35. 33 is only 3 hours old, while 35 has been there for 10 days. However, all 3 sales are very close together, not excluding.
Taking a range of 34-36 keys here.

what about it?
If there's a seller at lower, and it's been there for awhile, it's enough to be used for a low end here, since there are sales at higher in this case.
If there is 1 sale at say, 40, and 1 seller at 33 for a month, it shows that 40 is much too high, and another sale should be awaited upon.

Should I change the range to 33-36? Or go with 33-35 since 36 is outdated now?
i would say 33-35 is better since the sale is outdated, better to use more recent data. also, i prefer that it would make this a refresh rather than a raise
