there are way more outdated prices. This recently sold for 45 keys (yes that was me and yes i overpayed) but it is definitely worth more than 27. probably 35-40.

As for the price, prices here are based on sales, not on intuition. So if you can sell this at 35+, I can resuggest at a higher price.
