After spending some time I can safely say that the bots on classifieds for this item specifically are professional lowballers;

There are 14 sales happening in the past month on SCM and the average of all the sales combined are ~$11.52, which is about 5.31 keys. I omitted one sale at ~$6.10 (~2.81 keys) since it's an obvious outlier.

Yet these bots are buying for around ~4.43 keys and never even auto-list them here for sale, as can be seen from the very sparse sellers on classified listings and lack of sales from bot-tf in the past month.

I can re-suggest and take prices from SCM for 5.30 keys since I've written down a list of sales from the past month, but I'd rather play it safe and just base it off the low buy from bot-tf.
