I went to SCM to take consideration for this price but their lowest sell orders / key price equals to 3.3 keys, but since there are pure buyers for higher than that on classifieds here I don't think that's necessary.

      I had sellers for 3.6 keys for like a whole 4 days, I'm really not sure why this wasn't accepted any time in that period.

      Now I don't think I could suggest a new one soon considering the recent sales past 24 hours at bot.tf could already be considered as outliers, which blows since that means the price for this will still be almost key off.
