you need proof of sales
1) sales are needed for the specific effect. Prices cannot be based on sister effect prices.
2) there is an active seller below 20 keys on marketplace.tf.
3) the price you're trying to base this on is outdated anyways, so even on those grounds this suggestion is invalid.
