Not 100% sure on the validity of using trade-it as a b/o drop, but given Shuffle using it in the suggestion you linked and it being similar to using scrap.tf unsolds to buyout drop, (both external sites) I would lean towards agreeing with you. Clearly this will be better than current, given how long it has been on tradeit and the strange selling for about this price.
unsure about this one as the prices fluctuate daily on tradeit.gg which can affect the price quite dramatically at times. not a big fan of using tradeit.gg as the sole evidence for a suggestion.
also, it has since sold and there is no actual way of telling how much it sold for which is why tradeit.gg isn't the best evidence in the first place
