This is my first suggestion so please let me know if I'm doing anything wrong or missing anything, thanks!

These are the most recent sales and are all for the same clean hat, I can't find the history for the other 2 in existence.
Sale 1 was for 27 keys
Sale 2 was for 28 keys, but couldn't be traced on the seller's side
Sale 3 was for 28 keys
Just a tip, it is helpful to label all of your sales.
For example, your second sale, you have labelled as "Untraceable". So why not do the same for Sale 1 and 3?
Also, the previous suggestion is still in-date, however, the current buyers show 22 and 25 are low in this case: https://gyazo.com/921281d042b6fe8584df91ee12a9926c
Besides that, the sales seem accurate here, so well done on a first suggestion!
Thanks, I placed one as untraceable for sale 2 and that was because I couldn't really trace it when I did the comparison on the seller's backpack.
Sales look solid for your first attempt, but the hat you suggested is still updated in price (the hat is a month old), we usually update unusual prices if is more than a year outdated.
Additionally, looking at the classifieds, the buy orders are under 29 keys (see screenshot posted by Magik), when doing the low and high end of price ranges, we need to consider the buy and sell orders, so your suggested low-end of a range should be above quickbuying price. While the high end is determined if sellers can sell their unusual at the listed price.
Also, for sales 1 and 3, like Magik said, label them with sentences like "traded for 29 pure" or "Sold for 28 keys +sweets", just for convenience and clarity. You can use marketplace.tf for evidence as well, but there are none sold on the market for this hat, so is fine.
Looks great! If you want to understand more, you can take a look at accepted price suggestions at the front page.
Cheers!
Thanks that was helpful.
