      Took a year to sell? That is quite a long period of time. Seems high in my opinion. But I guess in that case, 22 can be seen as low as well.

      Seeing the past buyouts on that particular history, it seems to have switched from 80 to 60 back to 80 again.

        I mean yeah 60 seems really high, but I also don't feel comfortable pricing this at 22 flat off a low-looking off-market (no buyout found) pure sale. Hence why I think this is better left outdated.
