Summary:

Buyers seem to fluctuate a lot on this hat, sometimes being as low as 6 and other times being as high as 8.3. Regardless, I will consider the current market. Excluding the 6s and 9s to narrow the range, leaving us with 6.5 - 8.5. 6.5 is slightly below buyers and 8.5 is slightly above sellers, but it evens out and the mean should be about right.
