After a long discussion with Scourge, AJ and Xergoyf we came to an agreement that this range was best.

28 flat seems high, although the 23 Key buyer resold for 22 Keys, it took 2 weeks and there's no sign it was a regretful purchase. It is only one key less also, not like a dump and run situation.
