The sell and buy orders suggest that the value should be 12.88-13 ref so...
Buy orders are sufficient to raise prices and sell orders are sufficient to lower price, but the opposite is not true. In the future, please get proof for your high end with sales or just raise based on buy orders / lower based on long unsold sell orders. You can check marketplace, SCM, or track classifieds/trade site listings.
14 bought at 12.88 and 6 sold at 13 ref supports the raise

Buyers at 12.77 appear to be successful according to bot.tf.
You also need to provide sales at 12.88 and 13 when suggesting to have this range. You lucked out that someone posted the bot.tf stats in the comments and they supported at the time, but in the future you need to provide the proof of sales when suggesting
