Seller at 72 is duped, and theres a new buyer at 61.
Both the 66 sale and 62 sale were duped. https://backpack.tf/item/807496197 Since they are lower than the clean sales, they shouldn't be used.
The buyer for 62 also dumped to zol for likely 57 https://bot.tf/stats/listings/Y9Q1JQXX 5 days later.
Jarools was only listed ~3 weeks at 75, was likely sold to his buy order of 57 https://bot.tf/stats/listings/MLV25OLG https://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198021055079#!/compare/1591401600/1591488000 - entered Jarool's bp
Doesn't really mean too much, but shows that 75 didn't take forever to sell. Dupe sales support the raise.
79 might be a dupe (can't find history) but since its above the known clean sale it doesn't matter.
75 - 79 is probably fine.
If I'm going to exclude 62 and 66, I should also be excluding 79 as well (if it is a duped one). That would be considered cherry picking.
However, check out the histories I provided above in the original suggestion. The first history provided was clean, and likely the sale for 79 keys.
Anyways, as for excluding 62 and 66, probably a good idea as they were duped ones, plus 66 is now outdated, and 62 is only a key off from current buyers now.
You can't include dupe sales less than the clean sales, but you can include ones that are higher than the clean sales. That's the rules, not sure how that is considered cherry-picking. Of course if the dupe is selling for consistently lower than the clean except for one much higher than clean sale, its a good indication that the high dupe sale is an outlier but that is not always the case - here it is close enough to 75 that if it was a dupe it doesn't look like an outlier.
Doesn't matter in this case since you are right the history you linked shows it was clean, but even if it were duped it would still be fine to include because of the reasoning mentioned.
Just because 1 duped sale is higher, doesn't justify including it though. If there are 2 duped sales at lower, and only 1 at higher, that would be considered cherrypicking the sales. Either you should exclude all of them, or include all of them (unless you have a solid reason for including/excluding one or the other).
Of course, in this case, if 79 was indeed duped, I see your point, and I would not be against including it, as it is very close to 75, but to be honest, I would prefer not including it, as there were 2 duped sales at less.
Anyways, since 79 is not duped, I shall happily resuggest 75-79, since as you pointed out, duped sales do support the raise here as well :P
