Ok so this will be the first suggestion I have ever done. If I mess anything up or leave anything out feel free to let me know!

Let's start with its very hard to find sales on these effect Unusual's since it still is fairly new effects and its fairly rare. I have one sale I could not find any other sales since the other one on market was unboxed. Two Sellers for 30 keys, one sale for Frozen Icefall Missing Piece going for 30-34

I read that 1-2 sales should be enough for Unusual's price suggestion on unique effect Unusual's such as this one.
