the only buyer at 11 is substantially higher than the other buyers and hasn't been online in a day so it should be fine to exclude that buyer.

as of right now, it looks like 11 is likely low here. 13 is supported with another sale at 13 above.

this hat does need a drop for sure, but i feel like this is a bit much, even if 11 looks common.

id much rather do 13 flat here, as 11 looks low, while 16 and 17 seem high here.
