I wouldn't take the unsold price of the Mountain Cap, especially since there are sales:

your 23 MPTF sale also had a B/O of 21 keys, so should cap at that.

I'd exclude the Mountain cap sale and use the 2 MPTF ones to set a range. (21 - 28)
