Keys are starting to level out towards $1.91, which would make the listing 37 Keys.
I'd wait ~2-3 more days to see what the Key price does settle at (dropped 9 cents in 2 weeks), but the listing will still be lower than 39 Keys.

so the seller is still there, and the key price has went from 1.91$ on august 1, $1.9 on august 2, 1.89 on august 3, and currently $1.87.
should i go with 1.87 and make the low end 37~?
It may actually be worth waiting to see how that listing fares since we also have a sale that had a BO of 32 here. Since the issue here is basically the marketplace key prices fluctuating, it is likely this would end up inflated if we use this sale.
Additionally, when this sale happened, it was actually a high outlier (happened in april, sales from feb-march are much lower):
