Looking at these suggestions, it is apparent that this should not be used for the bandana. Instead, that sale actually indicates that this may be on the high side, or that this would need more sales before this can be priced.
It is generally better to look at which sales are most suited for which hat, rather than forcing it so that it benefits your event score the most.
