I'd wait for proof of that 35 sale, but a larger range is definitely needed. (26 - 35, perhaps?)

There is 2 buys ~23 here https://imgur.com/a/ONa6pvD as well as a 3rd 28 i don't think was mentioned in the suggestion. Im fine with calling 24 and under low, but since we are excluding so many sales on the low-end id probably be fine cutting off 35 as well. With the new sale at 26 Scourge found, I think 26 - 32 should be ok here.
