CONCLUSION:

There is 1 seller at 8.71, which suggests 9 and 12 are a bit high, but it's only 1 seller. Unfortunately I cannot find any listings for the hat. Excluding 12 due to the seller, and multiple sales at lower.

Note from Beaser: 9 key sale is almost 3 months old, plus with the seller at 8.7 i feel like its fair to exclude 9 and use the two sales at 7.5
