Conclusion
7.5 is pretty close to buyers and a bit of an outlier in the sales
Ill go 9 flat.
Couple of sellers have popped up between 8.5-8.7 over time. can't really trace their sales, but they support the drop.
With them in mind, the appropriate range here is probably 8.5-9.5, but seeing how the evidence for the lower parts of the range are weak, I dont think forcing a resuggestion for a range with the same mean works here. Accepting this as better than current/close enough.
