Cache shows that buyers have risen and been at ~10 for at least 2 weeks.
Rubi has been unsold for months now at 17 keys.
even though 11 - 17 keys has the same average as 14 flat, given the outdated sales and the fact the range is based on two outliers,
This should be resuggested at 14 flat.
