125 was only a month old when this happened

I linked buy order for reference if 125 could be left out or not.

Sorry, had some personal issues to deal with and forgot to reply here.

I dont think the buy orders warrant the usage of just one of these sales. 280 flat is definitely not an option in my eyes as I dont see why 125 should be dismissed. That leaves the question whether this should remain outdated, get a large range, or gets reverted. Currently discussing with the other mods

Revert is actually an interesting option, i do not think a large range would work here, but i won't close before a firm answer just in case then!

After gathering the opinion of the other price mods a majority called for a revert, so thats what we'll be doing.

Rationale here is that we have two sales that are too far apart, and there are no strong enough indicators that either is an outlier or that either flat value is better. In any other situation, we'd have waited for a third sale before pricing, but the original was already accepted. Since it was unpriced before, reverting the original suggestion would get us the result we'd have gotten, had we had all the data when the original suggestion was made.

The case there was slightly more extreme, but in this case too I feel that the range would be too large (low end is about 40% of the high end, and usually the threshold for these situations sits around 50%). Especially seeing how it was previously unpriced, leaving it that way seems to be the best call.

Will give you a little time to close (last time I made such a call I reverted and closed at the same time, but the suggested had preferred to close themselves)
