Your sales here are 5.5, 7, and 10. Given how discrepant that is, and how recent this was priced, I would leave this outdated.

As a general advice: you rely too much on bot.tf listings for your suggestions. I've seen a couple of them in a row where you only use bot.tf stats; purchases there are always buy order sales, and some of the sales happened very fast after. Aside from that, bot.tf only shows the buyout at the time the hat sold, it does not guarantee it sold at that value. While it is fine to assume the values are correct if multiple sales happen at the same value, you should always be wary about this, and attempt to find the sales through compare links.

It is also worth looking into item sales rather than only using bot sales or marketplace sales.
