4.4 is obv low, but i think 10 is also high. think 5.5 looks better here tbh

Looking at the history, it's likely that the buyer for the 10 sale is also the one who sold it for 5.5. So I agree with this, 10 is definitely looking high right now.

5.5 flat should be fine.
