Sale 1:

Sold for 38 keys which seems to be a quicksell and too low of a price.

Keys being at 2$, 120/2 = 60.

Taking 60 on it.

1 sale at 38, 1 unsold at 60 for a couple weeks. who's to say yet which one is the outlier

2 weeks is still pretty young tho...

if you look at the history you would see the 60 key seller is the person who sold on mp

When you bought it, was it listed at 38 or was it at a higher price (if so, what price) and you negotiated them down?

It was listed at 40 by the unboxer for a few days and I negotiated it to 38

I would probably include 38 here as it was listed for a few days before selling. If this was really worth 60 flat it would of sold instantly for 40, so I think a range here would be better.
