Dupe, even of this tier, when a clean has clear sale(s), why look at dupe?

The rule of thumb is 30 keys; dupe sales are generally safe to ignore unless they support a raise once the unusual reaches the 30 key threshold. Under 30 keys dupes have been too negligible to matter and we've historically considered those sales.

Yes. If you look closely, it enters the "buyer's" backpack gifted. This screws with the IDs and makes it so they don't match. If you manually browse over the IDs though, you'll see they're pretty close.
