if 12 is being considered a low outlier, 26 should be considered a high outlier here as well since it's even further away than 12 is from 18

that is true, but my reasoning is that the buyers are selling to close to the 12 key sale, although its 4 keys. That being said, now that I look at it, maybe 18 - 19 range would be more accurate?
