Unfortunately there is no bot.tf buyout to backup the sale, but I think it's probably complete because usually in these cases ref is completely missing. Since I can see 12 ref, this sale is probably complete.

Sold from Scrap.tf after being in there for ~1 months, only 4 keys match on sellers side.

Looks like 2 months but Scrap can only own one, it must have been sold to Scrap after the first sold in late april.

Summary:

Despite being the most recent sale, 22 seems like a high outlier, on either mp or mannco.store, most sales were ~$30, and this is $10 over that.
