Considering that the 17 key sale is old (>2 months ago) and there is a seller who has been unable to sell it at 17 keys for 2 months, wouldn’t 17 keys be too high?

Good question, that makes sense but a Seller at 17 doesn't counter having 17 as a sale, we do also have a sale at 18 which I am calling high because of that seller.
If the seller sells for 17 Keys (lets say) then that supports 17 even more.
If we excluded 17 as well as 18 then that would remove too many of our data points from one end of the range and make it too one-sided.
