It was recently sold for an unusual knife FT that is usually priced between 28-34 keys. for the sake of simplicity, we will find the mean of it and price it at 30k, thus the highest price. The lowest seller on bp.tf is pricing it at 24 so we'll price the lowest price as 24k. Kinda new to this, please give comments on what I can do to improve.

anyway this is indate, there's no need to update the price. the sale for the unu knife (which i cant even tell what effect it is) if its actually 30 and indate is a high outlier, seeing how 24 is unsold at 3 months

I just wanted to point out, whether or not the knife sale is an outlier, the suggestion dies at how you value the knife. You didn't actually prove the value, so saying "28-34 keys" is meaningless, and the "mean" of 28 and 34 is not 30 even if the knife is worth 28-34
The Knife needs a mini but either way the sale wouldn't be above 20
