Let's try to put a price on this hat.
A decent hat with a nice low-medium tier effect, only 4 in existence.
The only two sales on marketplace.tf:
1°.- Price was 150.07 bucks at 04/15/2020 - Keys were selling at that date for the price of 1.81 to 1.83, so 150.07/1.83= 82 Keys.
2°.- Price was 201.15 bucks at 06/23/2020 - Keys were selling at that date for the price of 1.98 to 2, so 201.15/2= 100 Keys.

I mean, it could go higher in the future, but for now we have that proof.
I wouldn't use a sale from over 3months ago, also you suggested at 81 and not 82
The $201.15 sale was via auctions https://marketplace.tf/auctions/20298 and took ~1 day to sell, which makes it a quicksell.
If the auction timer is set to one day then of course it will take one day, from that auction page you can’t see all of the unsuccessful auctions of that item
But surely if it was listed for a day that shows the owner is trying to dump for whatever $ he can?
I don't think there is any conclusive evidence that shows that longer auctions are more successful, so I don't think you can call it a quicksell based on that alone. Anyway, there's apparently 2 buyers at 100 keys now so 81 keys is low for sure.
The sale on 06/23/2020 is the only valid sale. Also, it's not 06/23, it's actually 07/23/2020, which is 2 days ago.
