There are currently sellers exclusively for 54 refined - 1 key on classifieds. The only sales happening in the past month are for ~44 refined though.

In the second Imgur link I put above, I took SCM into consideration to lower the price of this item. There are no sales happening for around $2.54 (key price) in the past month. The average sale prices are $1.60 or roughly 40 refined, which is closer to my suggested price than the current one.

There are buy orders for 44.22 refined on classifieds, but it's right besides this price range so it wouldn't matter much.
