this might be fine as it is an increase, but i feel 62 is quite low since it sold within 10 hours, also had a buyout of 65.
https://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198216411725?time=1589414400 - mp bot had it in its inventory in May, so it was on mp for much longer than 10 hours. Looks like they only cross-listed then, possibly also lowering their price, but we don't know for sure.

I have no idea why he would raise his buyout, but if he were willing to sell for 70 for years, I think that sale should be capped at 70. Still seems high to be honest, but its possible 62 sold quickly after a price drop, so I guess they balance themselves out a bit.
@OP, I would go 62 - 70 here.
But if he raised it to 75 and someone was still willing to buy it at that price, I feel the hat should be still valued at 75.
B/Os are supposed to be the price the seller was willing to take in pure. He was willing to take 70 keys for years, so even though he raised his price, it shows he willing to take 70 pure. Even after raising the price, I think the chance he would of declined 70 pure if it were to be offered to him would of been incredibly low.
