13 should be fine, as 12 sold in like 2 days as part of bulk (looks like) and 9 is still low.

There is overall a lot of evidence that 13 flat may be too high, there was a seller at 11 that was initially noted when this suggestion was created, (sold in the 2nd untrace from Surz's first update) then there was the 12 seller that sold in bulk in the 2nd update. There was also a quicksell.store seller at ~12 https://imgur.com/a/QUj849i / https://backpack.tf/item/7848107888 and it looks like it took over a month to get 12. 13 flat is going to be high, so I would leave this unpriced.
