As for the 48 sale; I'm not sure if it should be included as it went via buy order, I think 60 works as a conservative drop for now. I wouldn't be opposed to including 48 though if mods feel 60 is still too high. The "59" sale would support 60 as well.

Best to go with a conservative drop here. Would need more evidence to include buy order sales in range.
